These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online store operated by Lofam Agri Lab Pvt. Ltd.(“LOFAM”). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be able to form a binding contract to order. You may check out as a guest or create an account. Verification is by one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your phone; you are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for activity under your account.
All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product, stock, and price information accurate, but errors can occur; we may correct them and, where an order is affected, cancel and refund it. An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds.
Checkout is prepaid via eSewa. By paying you authorise the charge for your order total, including any applicable delivery fee. We do not store your payment credentials.
Delivery is within our serviced areas. The delivery fee is calculated from the delivery location you set: Rs 120 inside the Ring Road and Rs 200 outside, and delivery is free on orders of NPR 2,500 or more. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather, season, and conditions.
Because we sell fresh, perishable food, cancellation and return windows are limited. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below our quality standard, contact us promptly at hello@lofamagri.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The LOFAM name, logo, content, and site are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or used without permission.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
